What it does
Add or remove a little ground everywhere without changing the underlying pattern. A positive offset makes more of a density solid; a negative offset opens more air.
Connect the shape to Input and move Offset slowly while watching its boundary. On a height field this raises or lowers the whole landscape. On other densities it thickens or thins the shape, without necessarily moving the surface by that many blocks.
Shape
What comes out for each value that goes in, computed by the real engine. Above the orange line is solid ground.
Input unchanged
On noise
The standard noise stretched to run from -1 to 1, before and after this node. First along one line, then seen from above.

Inputs and outputs
| Name | Type | Default | What it changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inputs | |||
| Input | Density | The density to shift up or down in value. | |
| Offset | Real | 0.0 | Adds this amount everywhere; higher values make more positions positive. |
| Output | |||
| Output | Density | The input density with the offset added. | |
