What it is
A point selector is a test each point either passes or fails: by tag, value, number of links, a density, or chance. And, Or and Not combine tests.

Isolated points
"All neighbours" tests pass on a point with no neighbours at all. Add a link-count test if lonely points should fail.
Between points and links
Links by their ends turns a point selector into a link selector.
